This 3 hour workshop will give you the basic operating skills for our longarm quilting machine. <br />In this course you will learn to:<br />Load a quilt on the longarm quilting machine<br />Thread the machine, change thread and wind bobbins<br />Align a pantograph for quilting and quilt using a pantograph design<br />Noodle around a tiny bit doing a bit of free motion quilting from the front of machine<br />What to bring:<br />Excitement for learning the basics of longarming. Supplies will be provided - we will use small panel quilt tops which will be donated to Quilts for Kids, a charity which provides area hospitals with quilts for children who are receiving treatment.<br />Please arrive 10 minutes early as we will start promptly. <br />
