Payment must be made in person or over the phone prior to being allowed to sign up for this training. You will then receive a sign up code that you will enter when signing up. Long pants are required! Must be at least 18 years old.
In this six hour workshop (broken up into two classes), you will work with our resident Machinist Elijah Paulson creating a Snowman in the metal shop. This workshop will teach you the basics of the slip roller, rod bender, band saw, sheet metal brake, and Spot Welding with a MIG welder. You will also get a software and CNC Fiber Laser Demo. Materials are included in the cost of the workshop. Decorating the snowman will NOT be done in the workshop, however links and files for buying or 3D printing possible decorations will be provided. Since we will be welding, long pants are required!
